FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Just contact us using the contact button on the site, and we’ll rearrange a new time or date for you, or cancel your reservation in accordance to our cancelation policy (see below). No worries!

We try to be as flexible as possible. Still, our cancelation policy is as follows:
Up to 12h beforehand: 100% refund.
Between 12h and 3h beforehand: 50% refund.
Less than 3h beforehand or no-show: sorry, no refund.

If there is no warning, we usually wait up to 20 minutes for our customers. Still, if you know you will be running late, please let us know as soon as possible, in order for us to adjust ourselves.

If you have any requests, please describe them on the notes section when making a reservation. As this is part of the Birdie Experience, we can promise to write your custom message down on our blackboards (as long as it fits!). We also really strive to comply with any other requests you might have, but we can’t make any promises 😊 Forgot to make a request? Just contact us after the fact. No problem!

If there is bad weather, we cannot do the Birdie Experience. In case of cancelation due to bad weather, you can chose either to be fully refunded, or to reschedule the Experience for a different time. It’s up to you!

Irrespective of any weather forecasts, we will always send you a message confirming your Birdie Experience up to 12h hours before the scheduled time. Of course weather can change unexpectedly, but don’t worry: you will never be charged if the Experience gets canceled for reasons outside your control.
