FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I made a reservation with you but I need to change it or cancel it. What should I do?

Just contact us using the contact button on the site, and we’ll rearrange a new time or date for you, or cancel your reservation in accordance to our cancelation policy (see below). No worries!

What if it rains?

If there is bad weather, we cannot do the Birdie Experience. In case of cancelation due to bad weather, you can chose either to be fully refunded, or to reschedule the Experience for a different time. It’s up to you!

What is your cancelation policy?

We try to be as flexible as possible. Still, our cancelation policy is as follows:
Up to 24h beforehand: 100% refund.
Between 24h and 12h beforehand: 50% refund.
Less than 12h beforehand or no-show: sorry, no refund.

I saw the weather forecast and it seems it will be raining! How do I know if my Experience will be canceled or not?

We will contact you to either cancel/reschedule your filming experience whenever the weather forecast is uncertain. Don’t worry: you will never be charged if you filming session gets canceled for reasons outside your control like a rainy day.

I have a Birdie Experience scheduled, but I am running late. What should I do?

It should be ok. Still, we kindly ask you to send us a message telling us you’re late. You can use the contact button on this website, or simply DM us on Instagram.

I have some special requests for my Birdie Experiment. Can you comply with them?

If you have any requests, please describe them on the notes section when making a reservation. As this is part of the Birdie Experience, we can promise to write your custom message down on our blackboards (as long as it fits!). We also really strive to comply with any other requests you might have, but we can’t make any promises 😊 Forgot to make a request? Just contact us after the fact. No problem!

I am a business (such as tour guides, hostels, etc) and I want to provide my customers a Birdie Experience. Is this possible?

Is it safe to have the Birdie filming experience during the pandemic context?

Absolutely! This is a 100% outdoor activity, in which we take all the health and safety measures: we always wear masks, we use alcohol gel to sanitize our hands and equipment everytime we interact with a customer and every 30 minutes, and of course we keep our social distancing. Besides, we accept contactless payments, so you don’t need to deal with cash.
